Our Singing Signing Santa has arrived back at Peel Farm for 2026, but this Santa is a special Santa! He also knows that some kids struggle to find the words to communicate or even to say ‘Hi’. Our Santa knows Makaton, making sure that every child, no matter what communication they use can enjoy the magical experience of Santa’s Grotto, this Christmas!
Santa will take the time to sign to your child if need be, just let us know!
ASD or Sensory difficulties… no problem for our Santa! He’ll go out of his way to make your visit special.
Santa’s Grotto
Every weekend throughout December leading up to Christmas we are delighted to have Santa with us between 10.10am and 4.00pm each Saturday and Sunday. Santa will also be with us on the morning of Christmas Eve – Thursday 24th December.
If you would like to book a slot with Santa you can do so here. Each slot lasts for a maximum of 10 minutes and costs £15.00 and is payable at time of booking. Additional children can be included in the same slot and cost a further £15.00 per child, which is payable upon arrival. Included in the cost is a small gift from Santa for each child.
Make sure to tell Santa you have been a good boy or girl and he will ask you what you want for Christmas. Remember though, no telling lies, he will know!

Breakfast with Santa
Every weekend (Saturday & Sunday, also including Saturday 30th November) throughout December leading up to Christmas we are delighted to be able to offer you the chance to have breakfast with Santa. Breakfasts will be between 9.00am and 10.00am and we have 13 tables each weekend available to book. We have various table sizes to cater for different sizes of parties but these are in limited numbers.
The following table sizes are available to book:
- Sits 4 people x 5 tables
- Sits 2 people x 4 tables
- Sits 3 people x 2 tables
- Sits 5 people x 1 table
- Sits 6 people x 1 table
Bookings can be made via telephone only and a deposit will be taken at the time of booking.

The cost is £17.50 per child and adults pay standard menu prices. Children will also be provided with a coloring sheet and pencils.
